Focused on those working toward licensure and architects licensed for fewer than 10 years, the committee fosters professional growth through mentorship, networking, leadership development, and advocacy for the next generation of design leaders.

- Provide resources and opportunities for mentorship, networking, and education for students, emerging professionals, young architects, and associate members in partnership with AIA Nevada Fellows and AIAS
