Responsibilities
- Full time, in downtown Las Vegas office
- Lead and manage projects from programming thru construction phase services
- Foster existing client relationships and assist with marketing activities
- Maintain project schedules and issuing project updates to clients + collaborators
- Conduct meetings
- Coordination of engineering consultants
- Planning and permitting submittals
- Preparation of administration documents; meeting minutes, + field reports
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect
- Graduate with professional architecture degree
- 5+ years of architecture project leadership/management experience
- Thorough knowledge of local construction, engineering systems, accessibility, zoning, + building codes
- Experience with various submittal requirements to building, planning, + health departments
- Proficient with Autodesk Revit, Adobe Photoshop + InDesign
