Our CSD team includes 10 licensed architects, 7 LEED, WELL AP and GGP accredited professionals, and a total staff of 25 professionals, all residents of the Las Vegas Valley. We will meet your needs by understanding your needs and vision, creating a team atmosphere for interaction between all entities, fostering open lines of communication, and always being mindful of the goals, schedule, and budget of your projects. CSD utilizes the latest technology including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Reality Goggles. We are highly experienced in a variety of project delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction-Manager-at-Risk, and Integrated Project Delivery.
