Jeremy Liu\, CEO of Creative Development Partners\, will share how mission-based real estate development can improve health outcomes\, strengthen communities\, and create sustainable pathways to prosperity in under-resourced neighborhoods. \nJeremy Liu\, CEO of Creative Development Partners (CDP)\, will present recent initiatives that leverage real estate development\, complex financing\, creative placemaking\, and small business support to build community prosperity while maintaining multiple bottom-line outcomes: financial viability\, environmental sustainability\, and measurable community benefit.
